Q: What kind of products do you use on your clients?
A: We customize our makeup applications for each of our clients, so it really depends on your skin texture, type and tone. Some brands we love include MAC, Armani, Make Up For Ever, Laura Mercier, Kevyn Aucoin, Nars, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Bobbi Brown, Becca and Temptu for airbrushing. We pride ourselves by using professional-grade products. We are always looking for great products, and we only use tried-and-true products that are effective and safe.
Q: How do I secure your service and how early should I book?
A: An appointment/event service is booked when we receive the desired retainer amount and a signed contract. You can book as early or as late as you want, but we recommend doing it as soon as you make the decision to have your makeup done. Some clients book as early as a year in advance especially during peak season which is March- October. We suggest booking your Trial Session at least 3 months before your wedding date if possible.
Q: When do I pay the full amount for my services?
A: Full payment is accepted at any time before the wedding/event date. Payment must be received in full before the start of service. If you prefer to settle your balance upon our arrival on your wedding/event date, that is fine.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We currently accept VENMO, CASH AP, Cash, Checks and Credit Cards via Square
(3% surcharge applied for Square payments)
Q: Do you travel to me for makeup services?
A: Yes, we gladly provide on-location service for wedding day and event (travel fee applies). Please inquire for more information on our traveling policy and out-of-county or destination services.
Q: Is there a minimum requirement of services for you to travel?
A: We do not require a minimum.
Q: Will you stay at my event for makeup touch ups?
A: We do offer On-Location Touch Up service. It’s extremely useful if you plan to change your makeup , or if you like to have someone be there to do touch ups for you during the event or photoshoot. Hourly rates apply. Please let us know when you make the inquiry so we can discuss options and rates.
Q: If I'm not booking touch-up services, how should I touch up my makeup on my wedding day/event day?
A: We suggest having a lightweight touchup powder for you to use during the event. May we also suggest that your partner have an extra handkerchief just in case they get lipstick on themselves? We also skillfully utilize long lasting, water resistant makeup products to ensure that your makeup will stand up to the elements.
Q: Do I need to do a trial? Is it really necessary?
A: We highly recommend doing a bridal trial makeup session for your wedding. We even suggest trying to coordinate your makeup and hair trials on the same day so you can get an accurate preview of your wedding day look.
Q: When should I do the trial?
A: We recommend doing your bridal trial once you have chosen your wedding gown and have a clear idea of your desired makeup look. We recommend planning a night out or even your engagement shoot on the same day so you get full wear out of your look.
Q: How long does the Bridal Trial take?
A: The bridal trial sessions takes about 90 minutes to 2 hours.
The bridal trial includes a consultation, skin analysis, style commendations, and a custom makeup application with foundation, highlight & contour, eyebrow shaping, eye makeup, false lashes, and lip color. Feel bring to bring 1 person with you!
Q: What happens at the trial session?
A: We ask that you bring inspiration pictures to share with us. During the bridal trial, we will do a consultation on your skin and makeup. You will get to try on full Bridal Makeup. We will spend the time to make little adjustments or try different things to ensure that you will be at your best on your special day. We recommend bringing your veil and any other accessories to try on. We also suggest wearing a white tank or tube top that has a similar neckline to your wedding gown.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare for the Trial Session/Engagement Session?

Q: How long does it take to finish everyone on my wedding day?

A: False lashes application is included in ALL of our makeup services. (Please note that this is different than eyelash extensions.) We use high-quality; natural-looking lashes in a variety of lengths to enhance the overall makeup look. We also use a non-latex glue to prevent any allergies. If you have special requests regarding false lashes, please let us know beforehand.
